Eligibility

  • Open to developers of all skill levels
  • Teams must consist of 2-5 members (Solo submissions are allowed upon request)
  • Each participant can be part of only one team
  • Participants must be present at the venue for the duration of the hackathon
  • Employees of organizing companies may participate but are not eligible for prizes



Project Requirements

  • All projects must be original work created during the hackathon
  • Pre-existing code can be used only if it's open source and properly attributed
  • All projects must use the Agentverse platform as a core component
  • Projects must fall within one of the specified tracks
  • Use of external APIs is allowed with proper attribution



Intellectual Property

  • Teams retain intellectual property rights to their creations, however, submissions must be open-source
  • Non-exclusive license is granted to Fetch.ai for promotional purposes
  • Open source contributions are required
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions don't infringe on others' IP



Judging and Evaluation

  • All judging decisions are final
  • Projects will be evaluated based on the stated judging criteria
  • Teams must be present for their project presentation to be eligible for prizes
  • In case of a tie, the judging panel will make the final decision



Ethical Guidelines

  • No harmful or malicious agents are permitted
  • Projects must comply with relevant financial regulations if applicable
  • All projects must respect privacy and data protection standards
  • Content created must be appropriate for general audiences



Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a harassment-free, inclusive experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality.

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

  • Offensive verbal comments related to protected characteristics
  • Sexual images in public spaces
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
  • Harassing photography or recording
  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome sexual attention

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event staff immediately.



Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team for:

  • Violating any of the above rules
  • Unethical behavior
  • Disruptive conduct
  • Failure to attend required activities
  • Submission of inappropriate content
